Just a friendly reminder as we are coming to the close of 2016, so get your show/event results and photos into Catrina Quantrell, firstname.lastname@example.org, no later than January 15th if you are planning in participating in the Incentive Awards for 2016.
If you have sent photos in from this year’s show season for the newsletter or website, that is not enough to be entered into the program, please make sure that you have done the following:
1) Must be a 2016 ATAA member in good standing
2) Horse competing must be registered with the ATAA either as a pure or part bred.
3) Send in 2 or more pictures from the event (must be 375kb or bigger) (if you placed please send a picture with your ribbon and/or prize if awarded)
4) Sign a release that the ATAA may post photos and results to our website and use photos in promotions for the ATAA (release can be requested from email@example.com)
5) Email the link to the results page for the event.
6) List the event name, location, dates, and the results.
The Incentive Fund is bigger this year, so don’t delay!!
