In our never-ending quest to accommodate those who are renting stalls as part of the ATAA booth and are bringing "helpers" who are not ATAA members, we are offering several different choices for this year's Conference. The last two Packages would be good choices for you to purchase for your "helpers." It is suggested you bring coolers with sandwiches, pop and snacks for them to eat throughout the day, because the food available at RTW is expensive ($8.50 for hot dog and pop!). The "One Day" packages might be good for those of you who can only attend the Conference for a one or two days.

Each package will have a separate laminated ticket, and you will not be admitted to the ATAA meeting room, grading arena, Gala or banquet facilities unless you can show the appropriate ticket.

As you can imagine, trying to offer something for everyone is getting very complicated, so please be as cooperative as you can. Thanks!

Full ATAA Conference/RTW package: ATAA Members bringing horses: $135, Members not bringing Horses $175, Non-Members $200, Children 13 - 18 $100. This includes: ALL ATAA CONFERENCE ACTIVITIES, including Three Day pass to Ride the West, Breakfast Thursday-Saturday, Lunch Thursday & Friday, BBQ with beer/wine Thursday evening, separate ticket to RTW's Friday Night Gala, Admission to Guest Speaker and Saturday night catered Awards Banquet.

One Day Conference/RTW package: ANY DAY $50 (ATAA Members & Non-Members Same Price). Includes a ONE DAY pass to RTW, plus ALL conference ACTIVITIES for that one day. At sign-up time you must choose Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

BBQ/Ride The West ONLY: Included NO ATAA Conference Activities, except admission to Thursday evening BBQ/Meet & Greet. Also includes Three-Day Pass to RTW: $30

BBQ/Ride The West/Awards Banquet: Same as Above, except also includes admission to Saturday night catered Awards Banquet. $65
